RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: Entry purchaser must be an individual 21 years or older, legally in the United States and must be a resident of the State of Arizona at the time of purchase/entry.

The winning entry will be drawn on March 31, 2023. Winner need not be present to win at time of drawing and will be notified by phone, email and/or mail no later than April 3rd, 2023. Winner may need to physically pick up the raffle item at the Arizona Burn Foundations physical location at 1432 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85006. (602) 230-2041. Identification that matches the name on the winning raffle ticket may be required.

PRIZE SPECIFIC INFO: Two night stay in a Fairmont Room Accommodation. Winner shall be responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local taxes, state/federal gambling taxes and all document/registration fees.

Tickets will only be sold through authorized members, staff members, and designated representatives of the Arizona Burn Foundation. Tickets may be purchased online only. By law, raffle tickets must be purchased with cash, a separate check or charged to a credit card as separate transactions.

TAX & IRS RULES: All net proceeds benefit the Arizona Burn Foundation, a non-profit organization operating under paragraph 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the laws of the State of Arizona. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the raffle entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution or donation for income tax purposes.
