You will make vulnerable residents in low-income and high risk neighborhoods safe by providing no cost smoke alarms. You will bring powerful information right to residents to help save lives!
Do you want to help make our communities safer? Our Community Smoke Alarm program brings together volunteers and firefighters to install 10-year, battery sealed, dual-sensor smoke alarms and Deaf and Hard of Hearing smoke alarm systems in high-risk households throughout communities in Arizona. You are placed in groups and given the necessary tools, training, and materials to install and educate residents about burn prevention and fire safety. This is a great family- friendly opportunity to make a difference preventing home fire deaths and burn injuries for Arizona children and adults.
