Fall 2022 Smoke Alarm Walk Conclusion

Another incredible community smoke alarm walk season has come to an end. We would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to the 7 fire departments and 229 volunteers that helped make our fall 2022 smoke alarm walks possible. We were able to install 673 smoke alarms in 200 high-risk homes across 7 different cities, all at no cost to the residents. We were also able to educate more than 400 residents about the importance of working smoke alarms and home escape plans. We are excited to continue these efforts next year! Stay tuned for spring 2023 smoke alarm walk dates and sign up for the event of your choice on our website!
