Fall 2024 Smoke Alarm Walk Updates

Our Fall Smoke Alarm Walks are well under way, and we are deeply grateful to all the volunteers, fire departments, and supporters making this life-saving work possible! So far, we’ve installed 339 smoke alarms in 116 homes with the help of 180 incredible volunteers, helping to keep families safe and prepared.

We still have four more Community Smoke Alarm Walks this season, including a unique event in Prescott/Prescott Valley, where we’ll install specialized alarms for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing that feature both a bed shaker and a strobe light.

Join us in making a difference and reducing the risk of house fires in our communities. No experience is necessary—you can bring friends and family to help build a safer Arizona!

Upcoming Fall Smoke Alarm Walks:

  • Saturday, November 2 – El Mirage
  • Saturday, November 16 – Lake Havasu City
  • Friday, November 22 – Prescott and Prescott Valley (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Alarms)
  • Saturday, November 23 – Peoria

Sign up today and make an impact that saves lives!
