Throughout the weekend, families had the opportunity to bond and share their unique journeys of healing. Parents were able to connect with others facing similar challenges, offering support and insights into their children’s recovery. The weekend wasn’t all about healing – it was filled with fun, too! Families enjoyed horseback riding, arts and crafts, and a chance to personalize their own cowboy hats as part of the camp’s Western theme.
We are incredibly grateful to the volunteers and vendors who made this special weekend possible. A huge thank you to Right on Target for providing a memorable activity for the kids, and to Rural Metro Fire for spending time with the children, adding extra joy to the event.
We couldn’t have made this event such a success without the support of our amazing community. Thank you to everyone who helped create lasting memories and positive experiences for our burn survivor families.
