Join us in welcoming our new CEO

On behalf of the Arizona Burn Foundation, I am pleased to introduce Robyn Julien, CPA, as the new CEO for the Arizona Burn Foundation. She will join us on September 16, 2015. She has a delightful personality, a passion for the mission, and significant leadership and fundraising experience that will serve the Foundation well.

Robyn has spent the past 4 years with the Scottsdale Cultural Council (SCC) currently serving as their Vice President of Development and previously as their Director of Development. Prior to her work at SCC, she was with the American Heart Association serving as their Senior Director of Business Development and directing the annual Heart Ball and Go Red for Women Campaign. She has an accounting background and maintains her CPA license. She is very active in the Phoenix/Scottsdale community and her family has deep ties and roots here. She has significant experience in writing and implementing a successful strategic growth campaign, developing and growing major and corporate donors, experience with endowments, major gifts, grant writing, as well as management of staff and volunteers. She also has experience with Board development and cause marketing.

Robyn is excited to get started and we are looking forward to having her on our team. Please join us in welcoming Robyn to the Arizona Burn Foundation family.

We would also like to announce the promotion of Nan McCoy to Executive Vice President of Advancement. Nan, who previously served as Director of Programs, has been with the Arizona Burn Foundation since 2004. She has been an integral part of developing the Foundation’s programs and managing the annual Holiday Festival of Tree fundraiser. Nan has a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from Arizona State University and brings to the Foundation diverse experience in community programming with special populations. The interests of our family clientele are of paramount importance with Nan. Focused on delivering hope to those who are in the aftermath of a traumatic injury, she engages the community to fulfill the needs for after care.  Witnessing positive outcomes through our programs is what keeps Nan passionate. “It is an honor to work collaboratively with so many community partners to meet our mission and goals.”
