Earlier this month, ABF participated in the annual Fireworks Safety Media Event alongside the Phoenix Fire Department and several community partners. The event, part of a broader initiative by the City of Phoenix, which has established a new task force in collaboration with the Phoenix Fire and Phoenix Police Department to address the use and dangers of illegal aerial fireworks. The event covered critical topics such as the distinction between legal and illegal fireworks, injury prevention, wildfire prevention, and pet safety.
Our CEO, Rex Albright, highlighted ABF’s ongoing commitment to supporting burn survivors and showcased our Milo & Moxie: Wildfire Prevention, which educates children on fire safety. We are grateful to Phoenix and all their partners for their dedication to enhancing community safety and raising awareness about these important issues.
