Volunteer Impact

As we celebrated Volunteer Appreciation Month last month, we were astounded with the incredible impact our team of Fire and Burn Prevention volunteers have made this year so far! In this fiscal year alone, 560 ABF volunteers have already educated 129,977 children with Milo and Moxie education materials, installed 2,106 smoke alarms along with 53 Deaf and Hard of Hearing smoke alarm systems, and have educated 1,653 residents with burn and fire prevention education materials. Incredible! ABF volunteers truly are the heart beat of the organization and we are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who have dedicated your time, energy, and efforts to prevent burns and fires this year!
